We moved from Fort Lauderdale to Los Angeles area. Company gave a 14 business days window for move-in with 24 hours notice.

I called as soon as we closed the house and begged them to deliver sooner but they said it was not possible. I just had to wait. Yet, they did not give us 24 hours notice and showed up at my new home on 3/31. I was at work and we need pest control first, so I refused the delivery.

They called and left a voice mail and then email said I need to pay extra $1100 for a re-delivery.

It is so outrageous and it is still not resolved as of April 12. I have been sleeping on the floor and refused to be blackmailed.

Product or Service Mentioned: Flatrate Moving Moving Service.

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Monetary Loss: $5000.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Cheated consumers, Want to charge me for their mistakes.
